I am a Primary Care Physician, and I was struggling with implementing lifestyle changes due to the professional and personal obligations and responsibilities. I discussed this with Dr. Borad and signed up for her wellness program. During the program, Dr. Borad, worked very closely with me on a personal level, very patiently and empathetically, understood the barriers and asked me specific questions which led me to reflect within and come up with the solutions which were simple and achievable. As a result of making those small changes, I was able to improve my lifestyle by becoming mindful of prioritizing my work out time, which I used to enjoy previously and was struggling to manage it,lately, due to my recent move to San Diego. I appreciate Dr. Borad's unique approach of personalization as each person is different and her openness to accepting any issue as a coach and coming up with solutions which are achievable. I also appreciate that Dr. Borad is very respectful, professional and personable during the process of coaching. The biggest 'Aha' moment for me during the program was that the answers to my questions were within me and I did not know how to reach those solutions, but Dr. Borad coached me on how to find them. As a result of the coaching, I have started to see the results in my everyday life by implementing simple lifestyle changes, such as taking time out by prioritizing exercise, even if it's for two to three days a week, as compared to not being able to do at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Borad's coaching to anyone who is looking to make lifestyle changes to improve their well-being in any area of their lives because of her personalized, effective and attainable techniques and approach.
